Founded in 2013. One thing both entrepreneurs had in common was a passion for IT, more specifically a passion for IT systems being setup and maintained correctly. Knowledge gained climbing the ranks and through continually improving systems and project implementations at blue chip companies was formalised into a plan to bring that knowledge into an affordable solution for small and mid-sized businesses. FA Group Tech was created to serve this purpose. We have built a company focused on helping their customers to achieve their business goals through the use of technology. The foundations of the company are built around strongly believing that good use of technology comes from making the right investment at the right time and for the right reasons and utilising that investment to the full during its lifespan. The owners are very much “relationship people” and as a result every member of the team is focused on the relationships it has with its clients, believing that any business relationship is as much about understanding the person and their needs as it is about the technology that delivers the solutions. Still serving its very first customer gained all those years ago and one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry is testament to this focus, understanding the client’s needs and budgets and turning this into workable solutions that deliver for both parties is the bedrock of what we do. What about the future, well FA Group Tech continues to grow at a pace and the owners have ambitious growth plans to extend the reach of its customer base so more people can benefit from the service. As we all know technology grows at a rapid pace and InfoTech has matched this pace stride for stride, always analysing the latest trends, making the correct internal investments and working out how that can be turned into something with real benefits for its customers.
